I'm thinking of selling my Mx-5 and was wondering what a realistic price for it is?

The car is 1.8 1994 and in BRG. Mileage is just over 100k and engine runs well and car drives well. Also comes with immobiliser.

Body work is in ok condition and the sills aren't rusty. The hood is also in decent nick and doesn't leak. The tonneau cover is practically as new.

Drivers seat has some wear but mainly a cosmetic issue.

The car comes with a lot of service history including about 12-15 MOT's. On that note, it has about 4months T&T left. Cambelt also doesn't need doing for another 3 years or so.

Having looked at the classifieds, I would say around £1500ish would be a reasonable sale price. Any thoughts?

There are a couple on the thread above. Don't have any other pics at work.

Thanks!

Will keep this thread in mind as my car is for sale and as soon as its sold I'm buying a '5. Am deciding between a MK1 or MK2 and this is the perfect MK1 I'd have smile

Is it a UK car?

£1500 sounds good to me. More or less depending on your inspection! you may find curbing, dings, knocks, buttons which don't work etc what are the tyres looking like?

£1500 sounds just fine to me. If there's good wheels and tyres on it, get the alignment done and it'd probably get a bit more.
