That's my favourite driving hat!
I've been over to meet some of the lads off Nutz, just had ago at our first auto-solo in Huddersfield - it was hilarious fun!
Eta Its just clicked - you were the youngish fella who I thought looked a bit out of place in the dark (blue?) v8 jag then!?

I've been trying to get involved in it recently - invited a bunch of my local lads down from MX5nutz too.
Its based on old style auto-test, but slightly different - all on Tarmac, and no reversing/stopping/j-turns etc. Kinder on your gearbox/clutch/tyres etc.
Its designed to be more like american style Auto-x, and is for road legal cars only - no helmets or anything special required.
The event was only a really low key affair, and the course was really tight, but it was tremendous fun, run by a really top bunch of guys.
Suffice to say, we all got the bug and are looking at doing more events. There looks to be a few more established events/championships spread over the country, some of the more established ones look to use slightly more open/faster layouts.

is one of the videos that sparked our interest in it.
The wee roadsters were ideal, just need to remember to put loads of pressure in the back tyres next time!
