Changing brake caliper - any tips?

My front nearside caliper has properly started sticking now - not just slightly which was cured a while back by a cleanup.

I'm going to order one from Autolink and replace it.

Anything I should know? Is it as simple as clamping the line, undoing the bolt, screwing it back in to the new caliper and bleeding the system?

P.S. No, I can't be arsed to refurb the current caliper with a seal kit.

Yes, but you need to use a new crush washer on the end of the brake line. Ask autolink for a handful there about 7pence.
