Reading mixed info on the net about running without a thermostat, I over heated today and the nice AA bloke discovered it was faulty thermostat which he has removed
So, am I OK running it for a few days without one til I can get booked into a garage or get the part to fit?
No problem at all this time of year. It might take a little longer warming up but it won't cause a problem. If you do lots of short trips you'll probably find it will use more fuel though.
