Guys, I would appreciate some advice.

I currently have a company hack and mx5. Use my no claims discount on the mx5 and im insured 3rd pft with Footman james for a shade under £200.

Company car going back in a few months and need to buy my own car. Called FJ and asked for a price as per existing policy but without using the no claims discount- extra £500 eek

Now, I dont think the specialists do mutli car policies and i cant really justify spending £700 on insurance for a car that, in reality, is barely used.

Any advice on how best to deal with this would be appreciated!

Flux did me a multi car-esque policy over Winter when I had the audi aswell - they can't 'officially' mirror the NCB from the other car but they did use common sense and take it into consideration, also the fact that I can only drive one of them at once! turned out quite good value.

Admiral were willing to copy my NCB onto a 2nd policy if I was happy to take out extra legal cover, breakdown etc. Not sure whether this is standard policy or what... still, two sets of 5 years NCB !
