Footman James and A plan.

I as with A plan last year - not on a limited mileage policy and they allowed any modification other than FI and nitros with no premium increase as long as i told them.

This year with Footman james on a very decent 4000 mile restricted policy.

Under £500 both years - can't remeber exact figure.

I just insured through Sky Insurance. Beat everyone else but that included a discount for being a member on MX5Nutz.

Give them a bell.

EDIT Just thinking it could have been through the MX5OC Forum that they quoted the discount.

AON MX5 OC Club scheme - whoever it is they use these days. The only one that matched the price for me was Adrian Flux but it wasn't worth changing over for.
AA put me into fits of hysterical laughter - I could buy a very good car for what they quoted!

HIC - www.hertsinsurance.com (brokers), I'm on a 4k miles per year policy. No one else came close price-wise with my modifications and their service and packages are excellent

Strange! AA did me a reasonable good quote last year, was in the region of £450 IIRC.
A plan will do better for mods though.

Mine doesn't, just suspension and roll bar mods. And I think the AA wanted something in 4 figures with a 2 at the beginning.

While Flux with a NIG policy wanted 3 figures with a 4 at the beginning.
