Removed head unit - now have CEL and lost stereo & c/l

Well I followed that youtube video to remove my head unit, unfortunately, the screwdriver I was using was small, and I think it may have slipped in somewhere it shoudln't have!

I thought I saw a little timy flash, but then thought nah and removed the headunit, removed the redundant bracket for the FF satnav and replaced the headunit.

Then then fun really started:

I have my engine management light illuminated, on startup - comes on, goes out then comes back on.

I have lost power to my headunit.

I have lost remote central locking and remote boot releast.

Car seems to run fine apart from this, fan works, lights all work, etc.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what they think has happened?

Checked audio fuses and they seem fine.

Panic over!

"Room" fuse had blown.

Replaced and everything's peachy.

Was going to say room fuse. Interior lamp won't work either if it goes
