3 months down the line

Well I've had the roadster 3 months now and I still love it.
It has improved no end. It spent the last 8 years since import doodling around London and only went on the motorway once.
I think I've probably " cleaned out it's pipes" as it feels more responsive and the mpg has improved .
I've always thought a bit of stick does an engine good so I think I'll keep it up.

All these posts are making me so jealous, I have yet to spend my hard earned cash on one yet! I can't find a keeper!

I remember when i picked mine up from south london, you could tell it hadn't had a good clearout for a while, just a bit sluggish and weezy.

Mine actally pulls harder and faster now than it ever did since i got it and gave it some stick - its almost like its getting better with age

Yup same here! I can't believe how well it revs considering the age and mileage.
