Mazda mender, could you please be an absolute hero and describe what is involved in changing the fuel filler return valve/ can you supply them by post? (I am a fair way from Manchester and dont tend to go up that way much either... frown )

Honest it's dead easy.
you will need to get your new valve with 3 flaps that open.
Try Andrew at autolink for the valve, for some strange reason the imports had the 3 flap valve, but the uk version did not?
Undo the 4 x 8mm bolts that hold the filler neck to the rear wing(undo the fuel cap to take any pressure off),next you will need to remove the shield that covers the filler neck pipes to the tank ,held by 4 x 10mm bolts ,next you will need to undo the fuel pip clips, and remove the filler pipe, once off the roadster you should now beable to see the single butterfly valve, simply remove it from the pipe and refit your new one with the 3 flaps, put everything back together in the same order as removal, and problem solved, should take 30-45 mins.
Hope that helps.
Regards
Wayne

Hello Mender man,
I'm interested in a cam belt change too, Eunos '95 import.
I live in Northwich so just down the road from you.
Let me know the sheckel involvement too please.
Cheers, Mike.
