Something has gone wrong, oil all over my drive.
Discussion
Pulled up at home last night after a normal spirited drive home, all is well.
Leave it idling on the drive to allow the turbo to cool down and I notice a bit of smoke.
Pop the hood and there is oil everywhere.
Worst case - Oil Pump = going to hang myself as its an engine out job.
Not so bad - Crank seal (again) = why does it keep going as this is the second time, front strip down, thats my Sunday sorted
Best case - Oil feeder pipe to turbo has ruptured = only failed on the drive so no turbo damage and only an hour to fix.
My feeling................................ Front crank seal, as the belts have splattered the oil around the front , worrying thing is why has it gone again.
Your thoughts??

If an oil seal is failing repeatedly I'd suggest there's something wrong with either the installation method, or one of the two surfaces that's running on it is damaged and ripping the seal - any chance you've scratched/damaged anything? You've got to be super careful with these seals as there not very tolerant of any edges or nicks or anything and they spin pretty quick obviously. Ifyou get the undergrad off you'll see if it's coming from behind the main pulley easily enough I guess?
