How to wire in a heated rear window frrm scratch? Help!

Hello,
I drive a eunos '95 with a glass heated rear screen hood.
It has two short wires connected to it hanging down.
Thing is I don't have any of the usually mentioned connectors (behind passenger seatbelt pillar, near the battery etc.) or a hrw switch.
How would I go about wiring it up from scratch and using maybe a foglamp switch that I've already got?
I don't want to use the plug in wiring from the back of the switch blank as it doesn't seem to go anywhere.
Can one of you stars out there let me have a wiring diagram that I can follow easily, or a link to such?
