I bought a 1990 Eunos from a friend who's owned it for the best part of 4 years.
It wasn't treated very well & he was running out of space to keep it, so sold it to me.

Spec wise, it has A/C, elc windows, PAS & an LSD. Not sure if it's a special edition- don't know enough about them.

Whilst it was in his posetion, it was resprayed in Pearl White( hurl ) & looked like a tramp had slept in it for the last two years- with the roof down, whilst stood in a barn. It's done 105,000km & I think it's still got the limiter fitted- it started to hesitate at around 110cabbages per hour.

He didn't have much history with it either (do they ditch the History when they import from Japan?). Just a handfull of receipts for tyres, brakes & exhausts etc...

Anyway, since it's been in my posetion it's had a bare metal respray, new front brakes, new rear shocks, cambelt & roller kit, lowered springs (I know, I know, not matched to the dampersfrown ), original wheels fitted, the interior has been heavily cleaned & scrubbed, a full geometry re-alignment, style bar fitted, 10 stack CD.

Oh, I also had the hideous aerial removed & plated over the hole when it was resprayed.

Also, everything works on the car- whether that's a bonus on a 20 year old car, i'm not so surehehe

So it's back to original spec bar the style bar and lowering springs.

I know pictures speak a thousand words, so I'll try & get some nice 'arty' ones done up later. I've got a couple of crappy ones on the phone for now.

How it was:

How it is:

The crappy quality doesn't do it any favours, as does the setting. frown

Hard to value, to the right person I would say just under £3k, to everyone else it's competing with decent private sale mk1s at £1,700 to £2k.

I doubt it's worth anywhere near 3k I'm afraid. You have to be looking at good condition special editions to be around there I reckon.

I'd agree with the low 2s if it's a good paint job and looking nice in the sun.

I'd say if the roof is good and the car doesn't have any rust then you could get around £2100, but there are good condition special editions going for less than that, so it's hard to judge. Anywhere around £2k is probably about right.

2K is what I was hoping for.

Yes the roof is in very good condition & being an import there's very little rust underneath smile
