Mazda 3 Sport coilovers or not?

Hi I know that a mazda 3 dosen't make many headlines on here but on the off chance does anybody know of a reasonable coilover / sport suspension kit for the mazda 3 sport?

The reason for this enquiry is that mazda are bloody expensive for oem parts and aren't that great and for the money i was kinda hoping for someone to do a kit for the same money i.e £350-500? for some reason there are hardly any products on the market that i could see!

How similar is the Mazda3 to the Ford Focus? I thought they shared floorpans and such. Any chance some of the suspension is shared too? Ford parts being generally cheap this might help.

Not sure they were even similar would be a touch if they were as the bit are everywhere for fords and german cars!
