I'm now looking seriously to buy an mx-5 mk 2. I really like the mk 2.5 seats with the integral headrest and would like to know if I bought a mk 2 if these would fit straight in.
All Mk1/2/2.5 seats are interchangeable. The only difference is that Mk1s have the seat belt stalk attached to the transmission tunnel whereas Mk2+ it's attached to the seat runners. Not a problem for you.
