Thanks mate, but only really interested in what comes from Mazda at this point, maybe when the car is out of warantee I may consider changing.
The chap at the Mazda garage is suggesting it's just a cosmetic change, but I think he's confused as the mx- confiurator on the web site list a "sebring chromed exhaust trim" for 147 and a "sebring sports exhaust" for £411.

Don't fall for all that warranty cr@p. An aftermarket exhaust does NOT invalidate the warranty. The exhaust itself obviously won't be covered and if a problem occurs to the car that could be blamed on the exhaust then that too wouldn't be covered but an aftermarket exhaust won't cause any problems whatsoever. I'd take Roddos offer
