Clutch woes

Just been out in SWMBOs 5 and it appears the clutch is slipping a bit on it so I suppose its on its way out, Anyone care to give me a ball park figure to get it done and anyone have any suggestions on someone in bucks who would do it?

My main dealer did my Mk1 1.8 clutch a couple of years back for about £300 all-in which actually came in cheaper than independents.

If you allow 3.5hrs at £45 - £50 per hour plus the cost of a clutch kit at an independent garage then you will not be far out, have to add VAT as well. Have the spigot bearing changed at the same time, it's worth the extra fiver to save taking every thing apart again if it fails.
