Best eunos insurance

Who does the best insurance for the eunos? I've heard classic car policies are the best?

Im 30 with 10 Years ncb and less than 6000 miles per year.

My insurance is up at the moment and admiral have been the best for me.

have you tryed lookin on mx5nutz, theres a list of insurers there, which are supposedly good.

I found Sky Insurance good to deal with, although I've not had to make a claim yet (touch wood).

Can someone also tell me if an import 1.8 1994 should have an engine strut brace as standard?? U know it should have the brace between the seatbelt mounts...?

1994 was around the time they introduced the cabin brace. I believe some early 1.8s didn't have it.
As for the front strut brace, some did and some didn't. I think the basic 1.8 didn't but many of the specials did.

But to answer the original question - there is no particular insurance company that will insure a particular car cheaper for everyone. They all have their target market and that will depend on a lot of things such as: car/model, car value, car insurance group, car type, owner age, owner driving experience, owner address, owner occupation, owner licence (points/convictions), other/named drivers and a whole load more things. An insurer that is cheap for me might not be cheap for other even if they have a car of the same spec and are the same age. There is no way around having to phone around a lot of different insurers to find out for yourself.

On a related subject, I have been with Admiral in the past but having had to make a claim with them I now choose to stay with insurers with a better reputation. They (and many others) are cheap for a reason.
