Just got back home from buying a 1.8 in immaculate condition for £895. Roof went straight down, heater on medium & took the back roads - cracking trip home smile

Will be posting in the readers rides thread when I get some pics in the daylight, but in the meantime, got a question for you. Can you retro fit PAS (mines manual)? It's not a huge issue for me (although it felt a little 'dead' compared to the powered version I test drove previous to this one) but my O/H has pretty serious back problems and can't really deal with manual steering for long.

Yes you can. You need the rack, pump, mounts and plumbing. Quite a common mod.

If you do end up wanting to fit power steering to your car give me a shout, im breaking a eunos 1.8 at the moment.
