This was on PH News a few weeks back.
I really. really want one!
I wonder if there is anything that would prevent you getting it road-legal?
It'd be horrible to drive on the road.I really. really want one!

Any mention of what they've done to achieve that power? Do Britcars allow turbocharging or has there been some very fancy engine work done?

You still would though.

I wouldn't, as I say it'd be horrible and there's never the time or space to floor it in a 200bhp per ton car, so a 300 would be even less enjoyable.Any mention of what they've done to achieve that power? Do Britcars allow turbocharging or has there been some very fancy engine work done?
Plus the lack of 3pt belts meaning it's a pain to get into/out of, no stereo, no sound deadening.
Seriously, it's a piss poor road car.
I'd take it on track.
It's all n/a no turbo's.
Denise Richards might be thick as pig-s
t but you'd still hang out of her given half a chance...
But I digress.
I'm guessing this is a high-reving monster with ITB's and various other trickeries then. i can't see anything on their website, is there a more detailed spec list or is it a closely guarded secret?

Plenty of other road legal cars out there that make my Evo look slow, too.

It's basically just a Seven, they work on the road you know! Plus the lack of 3pt belts meaning it's a pain to get into/out of, no stereo, no sound deadening.

I've driven one with north of 400bhp/tonne. Yes you can't use all of the performance all of the time, but it certainly can be used (especially so by the owner!).

It would be bloody terrible on the road. Proper race cars just do not work on the road, you might do it once for the novelty but you would not do it again!!
That's what I was trying to say

Yes it is a race car, but it is still ultimately a modified (nee compromised!) road car so it probably wouldn't be dreadful.
I agree it'd be pretty awful, but I doubt it'd be that removed from a Superlight Caterham with an aero screen.
