Mk 3 OSF wing

Hi Folks
I apologise if this is a numpty question but I am new in the world of MX5s
My daughter has just purchased an 07 car and some a**e has backed into the front wing and done a runner. We've had the dent pulled out by a local paintless dent removal fella and although tons better than it was it really needs a new wing.
Jonnyfive has offered me a very good price for a new factory wing but I was thinking how hard is it to fit a new wing. I can see it is bolted on but are there many hidden fixings that would be a pain in the backside?
Secondly if a body shop paints a new wing do they protect the inside surface so would it be better to paint the new wing off the car or on it? (Colour matching aside of course)

Ah just wondering, there's a Galaxy Grey breaking on eBay. Might be worth trying the usual breakers for one (autolink etc)
