Hummer H2 any built RHD?

Hi,
I'm looking for a hummer H2 at the moment and was wondering if these were all left hand drive...anyone know if there were any right hand drive models.
I know the H3 model introduced the RHD and were sold in the uk.
any advise on hummers appreciated.
