2006 Dodge Ram Sat Nav

I have an 06 Ram with Nav built into the dash. Anyone know if a UK or European disc is available for it.

If it's the latest colour screen system they use a combination disc of DVD and CD. Unfortunately the head unit is regionalised so it won't read a UK/European disc.
