Anyone have any experience with 'vintage-swiss-watches.com' ?

There is a watch I'm interested in that they have for sale but there are no papers with it. I'm finding this from quite a few 'vintage' dealers with regards the watch I'm looking for. Is this a common with vintage watches or should I stay well away ?

The watch I'm looking for is a large size (40/41mm diameter by 47mm lug to lug) Omega Seamaster Chronostop. All of the examples I've found on Chrono24 and the dreaded Fleabay have no box or papers. How should I be confirming authenticity ?

You'll find this a lot with older/vintage pieces. In many cases it's nothing more sinister than the original box and paperwork being discarded or lost over the years. Do your homework and buy from a reputable seller and you should be fine....
