I have a automatic citizen 21 jewel movement. I havent worn it in a while and it's just been sat next to my bed. Put it on today and set I wound it (a lot) after a few hours noticed it was running 10 minutes slow so I reset it an wound it some more thinking it didn't have enough power. Anyway I've times to second hand it it goes round in exactly 60 second but the minute hand dosnt seem to be moving until it's been set running for 5 minutes. Any ideas ??

Is it an expensive Citizen? Definitely sounds broken. Perhaps it got knocked off the bedside table and that's jolted something. If the mainspring is stuck, I've heard slapping the watch can unstick it - but you could seriously bugger it up so it's your call.

I bought it of eBay last year for about £70 so not expensive but might of been when I was new. Supposedly a 90s issue ??

Could speak to Ryte Time for a quote. Looks like an Eagle 7 so should have some kind of shock resistance and should be fine if it fell off a bedside table.
