Not sure this is the correct forum but as we are all into watches....

Can anyone recommend a good sports watch with GPS for sports training?

I just bought my Mrs the Nike Sportwatch one for running and it's actually very cool. Seems pretty accurate at measuring distance.

I use a Garmin Forerunner 405 - can't fault it in anyway.

The Garmin software is brilliant (both training center and myGarmin - http://connect.garmin.com/player/97074381 - cool gadgets like that definatley help keep me motivated and appeal to the geek in me) - never played with any of the Polar stuff (or any of the other big brands really) so not got a lot to compare it to, but there is next to nothing wrong with it.

Not sure what the latest model is, but the 405 does everything I need - not the comfiest on tiny wrists, and you need to buy the footpod if you want to track indoor runs as well.

Another Garmin user here (Forerunner 305). Very pleased with it despite it's size. The newer ones have more features and are smaller.
