Repairing an analogue Breitling in Surrey or Central London

Any recommendations as to where to take it? Ideally Surrey or within walking distance of Waterloo/Charing Cross.

I don't particularly want to pay the obscene rates that would come with sending it back to Breitling, and I'd rather it goes somewhere that I can take it to and collect it from.
