At 45mm x 16mm that's going to be a monster on the wrist!

Oh I like! But at $12k it's on the expensive side!

Nice of IWC to add split seconds to the Ingenieur range and aesthetically the larger screws on the case come off rather well

There's been quite a bit of discussion on the IWC forum about this watch and the overwhelming feeling was disappointment. Many, including myself, felt that it was derivative (cf Hublot, AP) and because it is not equipped with a faraday cage not deserving of the title Ingenieur. It will no doubt sell like hot cakes!

Ahhh in that case I'm out. I don;t like it when companies do this. That the whole idea of the Ingenier range.

They have just turned it into a fashion watch $12k or not.

That's why I don't like the Aquatimer chronographs. they're not really diving watches, unlike the real Aquatimer.

As much as like the look of the thing I have to agree it does look like its trying to ape AP and Hublot. I really wish IWC could get back to making inges like they used to, something much smaller thinner, lighter and thus more wearable.

Probably just me, but the chrono hand over the IWC logo looks like a druggie's syringe.

Nice, but not nice enough to make a purchase of the heart.
