The spending spree continues - Christopher Ward purchase.

Just received my first (it won't be the last) Christopher Ward watch, a C3 SWS which is a chrono with a metal bracelet in stainless. The pictures on their website look pretty good, but in reality the watch is a stunner. The dial is really crisp and clear, the buttons press with a really tight, precise feel and when pressed everything centres accurately.

The weight is lovely, sturdy with "gravitas" without being clunky. Also, the box it comes in is a work of art, lovely black leather outer with cream leather interior. Hand signed letter of thanks/congratulations from CW himself and a dead easy to use handbook. Yes, I actually read the handbook (oh the shame!)

Need a few links out (3 at least) before I can wear it, though they did offer to size it before delivery, which I declined as I', quite fussy about the way my watch "feels". Nice that there are two half links per side so I should be able to take out one and a half per side so that the clasp remains centred.

No pictures as yet (previous viewers of my threads are thankful for this small mercy).

Hope this doesn't come across as an advert for them. I have no connection with the company other than as a customer who is so far very satisfied (and surprised) by the watch and the customer care shown.
