.....remove deposits from the hands on my Omega Seamaster?

Had the battery changed by a reputable jeweller (couple of years ago), didn't want to wait the 6 week turnaround time for sending to Omega. I don't wear the watch in any water so not too bothered about the waterproof guarentee. However after wearing the watch for a few hours after picking it up a heavy coating of condensation appeared under the face glass.

I took the watch back to the jeweller the next day and left it with him to rectify.

When I picked up the watch the following day I noticed there was a residue on the hands, really detracts from the watch. I mentioned this and left it with him again to sort. When I collected the watch it was still not right, residue still visible but I'd had enough by then.

It's been a couple of years but I'd like to get this sorted now. Anyone gote any idea how much it would cost to get the hands replaced?

A couple of pics, not sure if the residue is that visible on these phone pics. A couple of my other watches too :-)

I'd be more worried about the condensation on the workings inside the watch.

It's been fine for over two years, the condensation was present for only a few hours.

I should have really pushed for a full inspection and repair from Omega paid for by the incompetent jeweller.
