My birthday is coming up and my OH has said she'll get me a watch with a £100 limit. However, the watch I really want is this @ £185

I'm hoping that with a bit of sweet talking and a few favours, she might go for it.
Anyway, I realise these watches have risen in price lately. Are they still worth the money?
ETA I've seen a slightly cheaper model @£135 but I still prefer the one above

If it bothers you, I believe the movements are Asian, brought in and assembled in Germany.
The quality was fine on the one I had, but I think I paid £75 secondhand.
Where are you getting your prices from?
I believe Werner's are far from the cheapest when it comes to Astroavias?

They are not £185 worth. Nowhere near.
Werners were also more expensive than many other sellers at the time as they were all over ebay like a plague
No matter what you searched for you seemed to end up with two or three in the result list at an average of about £50/60Civpilot said:

I had a nightfighter a while back (gave it away to a friend in the end) and while it was a bit of fun for the £70 I paid for it, I'd have felt deeply aggrieved had I paid good Seiko money for one.
At the £50-£70 price point, one can forgive the utterly s
t bracelet/strap. At £150 up, one can't.So what happened Ron??
Perhaps one of these instead?
