I've been looking at new watches and have decided I like the look of this.

I like the bracelet but may want to revert to a nato or other strap at some point. Apologies for the newbie question but is it possible to remove the bracelet from the watch so that just the pin is left on the lug and then able to take a different strap or is the metal on the lug by the case fixed there?

You'll need to buy a spring bar remover tool. There's a cut out on the back of the bracelet so you can see the spring bar ends. You should use some masking tape on the watch case as you will make scratches on that if it's your first go.

I have a similar bracelet on a Seiko, I put a NATO straight on too. That bracelet is very fiddly to size, the middle links are hollow and rattly.

Yep. On the reverse side of the end link where it meets the bracelet there will be a cut out. You'll be able to release the spring bar and remove the bracelet. Re-afix the bar and thread through your NATO..

What they said. It's piss easy if you have a screwdriver with a flat 1mm head.
