Valuation help?

I have a 2005 Rolex Submariner in steel, which I don't tend to wear much since the wife bought me a Panerai.

My brother in law is v interested in buying the Submariner which is in good nick, with the papers, box and so on.

Can any of you experts give me an idea of what it might be worth? I know I could take it to a few dealers but haven't had time so far, and TBH I'm not really looking forward to the teeth sucking etc..

Search some of the sales on the Watch Forums ie TZ, Watchuseek and the watch forum you will get a good idea

I have a 2004 and I guess it's worth about £3,250. So, that's exactly £1k more than I paid for it : )

Lordy. I was thinking it was worth a whole lot less.
