as per title, i have a bit of an issue with crown of my watch.

a few months ago, i woke up and had to wind it up (as i have to every morning). no big deal, i did what i always did, took it carefully of the shelf and pulled the crown to set the time. however, as i pulled it, the whole thing came out in my hand, crown, stem, the whole lot. being a skeleton watch, you can see what came out, where it came from, what it looked like etc. as far as i can tell, the stem appears to be undamaged and if i try to put it back in, i can set the time, but it wont "click" back to its normal place (from which it winds up the spring).

can i send it anywhere to get fixed, and if so will it be expensive? it was a 15th birthday present and very precious to me, so i'm eager to get it fixed ASAP

thanks, heres a picture of the watch in question (though mine is a goldy colour instead of silver)

I suggest Steve at Ryte Time Watch Repairs. As for cost, I doubt if it will cost much, probably £20-40 depending on if anything has broken or it is simply a re-assembly job.

I have no idea what that watch is, but the only issue if something has broken may be getting replacement parts.
