Tag Carrera - Fangio back as opposed to sapphire crystal.

SO, I bought my new watch. As above, Carrera Calibre 16, silver bracelet, black face, chronograph, sapphire crystal back to show movement.
Got it out of the box only to find the chronograph wasn't working. Phone call to the jewellers and a next day swap is agreed. Not ideal, but fair enough at least they are sorting quickly.
Go to collect the new watch. On arrival I am showed the Chronograph works and it's confirmed the original was faulty (don't get me wrong I will never use the chronograph, however, if the watch is faulty, it needs to be sorted).
HOWEVER, the back of the second watch is not sapphire crystal, instead it is metal, with Fangio's face etched into it.
Now, don't get me wrong, he was a TOTAL legend, however, I want the sapphire crystal back as it's part of the appeal for me. As a result, I am now having to wait for a replacement for a second time. It's really frustrating.
I won't name and shame the jewellers but this comes after scratching the original watch strap whilst taking a link out and them having no idea about the differences between the two I have had so far.
I just hope the next one doesn't take too long to source!
