Has anyone had any dealings with them or heard of anyone else's experiences with them?

They have a discontinued Tag Heuer F1 chrono I really like, just always been a bit weary of online stockists..

I bought a £2k Omega Seamaster from them last year and their service was outstanding. I'm an engineer in the Royal Navy and my watch arrived whilst on deployment. It arrived on a gash barge in the middle of the Persian Gulf. Now thats service!!

They ended up sourcing my Seamaster from a jewellers in Nuneaton. I'd recommend them. I think they have a lot of testemonials on their website from satisfied customers.

I've never bought a watch from them, but I have bought lots of OEM straps and deployants, stuff like that. Reasonable prices, not the absolute best you can achieve, but good-ish, and decent customer service.

May well go down this route as the particular watch I'm looking at is now discontinued & can't see it new anywhere else.

Should of bought it in NY a few years back when I was offered a great deal..

Resurrection I know.

I’m looking at a Monaco 11 and they have one at over £1000 less than the TAG shop. I’d prefer to try and get a discount from TAG but 1k isn’t to be ignored.

Are they still reputable?
