Tag F1 repair to case mounted rubber parts?
Discussion
Folks,
On my Tag F1, which is around 9 years old, there are rubber parts (crown guard?) mounted on the side of the case either side of the crown. Just recently one side has lost some of the rubber and a small metal piece is poking through, and the other side isnt looking too great. Hopefully you can see this on the pics below.
So my question is, would this be repairable at all as I'm not sure if they are mounted through the case or just on its external somehow and further to this does the age of the watch come into play?
Any advise and recomendations very welcome.
Thanks

Found this on the net just now which would suggest its buy a complete new case (if still available) or do nothing?
