Got my first mechanical watch in April so am very new to this. Had a Radio controlled Citizen before so time-keeping was never an issue.

I've noticed my watch is gaining about 30 seconds every 48 hours.

Is this to be expected?

Cheers

What watch is it?

It's not great, but then I had a Rolex chronometer fresh back from Rolex service that was about as accurate.

Offshore Field Engineer.

I'll do some more accurate timing over the next 48 hours and see if it's still off then I'll fire an email to Lorne.

Just want to know what I should be expecting of it.
