Omega Seamaster 300M medium size in good condition and recently serviced. Originally purchased in 2007 and has box/papers. I have the opportunity to buy one but I want to know if it's a good deal.

It's this one.

I won't say what the offered price is in order not to bias opinions by anchoring a figure.

Likewise, I won't give you an answer for the same reasons.

This is fun.

£30 if you're lucky, but I've got £50 burning a hole in my pocket, so I'll do you a favour biggrin

I'm not selling, I'm buying. Want to know if I'm being offered a good price.

Given it is a mid size and in todays climate, probably 700 at the absolute top end imo.

OP - It would help if you posted what you were offered and then asked whether it was a good deal.... just saying

He's right ^^

So far your spread is 700-1200 which doesn't help you at all.

Guy wants £1400 for it. Doesn't sound great based on the above.

'Wants' and 'gets' are two very different things in todays climate, unless you have something that people really want. Omega watches are not exactly known for holding money.

Especially the mid size models - shame really but that"s the way it goes.

With my evaluation I factored in the service assumed it was done by Omega therefore £300 is about right . Without the service I would have said £900 which is about right for the mid size Coaxil model. I would be looking for the full size model for not a lot more money, there are plenty about and come up on a regular basis on TZ Sales corner.

Might give him a cheeky offer and see if I'm lucky. Thanks for your help everyone!
