Breitling Emergency - minute hand not in sync

My OCD is kicking in. I am sure that most horologists have it by their very nature. The minute hand is not synchronized with the digital display ie minute hand half way between the minute markers (>30 seconds past) but digital display shows 16 seconds et cetera. I have tried a number of times to change the time but every time I think it is going to work resetting the digital display causes the minute hand to move forward half a minute.

How do I solve this????

Thank you Rob. My OCD is now temporarily fixed. As I am out of country I do not have access to my handbook (or briefcase - ha ha).
