Adjust Hour/Minute Hands - Tissot PRS516

Hoping for some advice, the hour/minute hands have gone out of synch, when the hour hand is on the hour, the minute hand is at 40minutes, lagging 20 minutes behind.

Is this adjustable ?

I have searched manuals and I can reset the second/tenths/hundredth hands but can't find anything for the minute, I suspect I will have to take it to a dealer but I am in Angola for the next three weeks and it is the only watch I have with me.
