Popped in to see Dominic on Friday having provisionally agreed a deal for an AP ROO on a bracelet.

Couldn't get the bloody thing to fit comfortably as the bracelet adjustments aren't small enough. With 2 links out i could feel the blood supply being cut off, with one out it was swinging on my wrist assisted by the size of the thing. Very frustrating and a problem that hasn't come up for a while. Dominic kindly changed it over a few times but neither was going to work, so I left empty handed into the friday rush hour (well not exactly empty handed as the deal included a couple of watches as part ex which I've still got).

How can I have such a bloody odd wrist size that only the fine adjustments on the Rolex seem to suit. FML!

Any other suggestions that the collective can think of? VC Overseas springs to mind as the remit is to replace a Daytona with a slightly larger SS sports watch.

Surely he told you they AP sell 1.5 size links? Sounds like it would do the trick.

Or just put it on the rubber Diver strap which I have - very comfortable smile

Dominic, over to you!

cheers for the info Greg, not after a rubber strap as i have a couple of watches on rubber already and this is to replace a Daytona & Milgauss, so looking for a bracelet.

Hi Stuart,

I've already emailed AP UK to see if a 1/2 link can be ordered. I'll follow up with a call to AP tomorrow morning and a call to you shortly after.

AP don't do half links, only a link which is equivalent to one and a half links.
I think PP is the same with their Nautilus and/or VC with their Overseas.

I know, I was re-affirming that being the only solution, as the member mentioned half again, making it seem like he wasn't listening.

The member thought it a strange solution in offering a 1.5 link to a problem that required a 0.5 link. You gentlemen are quite right, the 'option' link is a 1.5 link that can be ordered from the AP factory.
