C2k what's the best made?

Depends on what specifically you're looking at.
£2K chrono from TH or Breitling will be plenty decent, especially if recent model, pre-owned.
£2K 3-hander from Omega is probably nicest looking option, with the display caseback to see the very nicely decorated co-axial movement.

Then again, for the same £2K, you could have something every bit as nice or even nicer......

In truth, I'd be all over those linked, with the exception of the IWC, sooner than the 4 brands you've mentioned.
Far more interesting and value for the money being spent, although the Omega movement decoration is particularly nice to look at.
