Have a three year old Grand Carrera RS2 and it's stopped running... Who's the best people to send it to?
It's already been back twice to TAG under warrantee and I wasn't impressed with their service...

Really didn't expect this of a TAG watch...

Thanks Andy M

Is it stopped regardless of whether the chrono is engaged? If it only stops when you have the chrono running then it's probably a fault in the chronograph module. That's likely to be relatively painful because it's only supplied as a complete module at £££££

If it's stopped completely, regardless of what buttons you press then it's better news because it's almost certainly a problem with the base movement, which has good parts support if needed.

Do tag give a warranty on their work? Like when you send a rolex back its guaranteed for a year. I'd be tempted to send it back to tag again with a note in the bag saying its now the 3rd time in a couple of years, and you expect it taken care of properly.

Stopped altogether... Nothing works at all. It's been returned twice because the black finish rubs off! Given up on it now and touch it in with a marker pen...

The button fell off my link chronograph I sent it to tag as it was out of warrantee but they sent it back with a years guarantee
After 14 months it fell off again ( and I only wear it at weekends)
So sent it away to someone who services tags it cost half as much and 6 years later its still on
Maybe some one can suggest a company ?

Thanks Andy, and happy to help (although I don't normally guarantee that speed of turnaround smile )
