On the private sales market eg TZ-UK, I've seen them go for approximately 50% of their RRP.

Agreed - wasn't sure the OP was a TZ-UK member and they don't come up that often.

Thanks for the replys. I had seen the watch finder ones but as you say there isn't much difference from used and new. Unfortunately I'm not a member of TZ-UK. Do you have to be a member for a while before you can use the selling section? 50% off the original price sounds great, I just can't justify bhying a brand new one.

Yes, you do have to be a member for a while (a few months and 50 posts or something). As far as I can see there aren't any listed there at the moment, so don't worry too much

Yeah, a quick search suggests they come up once every 8-9 months. You could post a "wanted" or contact a previous seller to see if the buyer is looking to move it on - it's an illness, I tell thee!

Thank you both for looking. It definitely is becoming an illness! Before I came across this part of the forum I had no interest in watches - now I'm trying to talk myself into re-adjusting my life to afford them! I would be grateful if someone could keep an eye out. I will join but it might take me a while to meet the requirements.
