After much soul searching I've decided to sell this watch , I've had it 13 years and never worn it , I just love nice things

It's in the classifieds for £2750 and on a few forums but so far no takers

I've had a look round but I can't find one that's sold recently for an idea of value, the only thing I've found is one described as new for 3k on eBay

I'm loathe to put it on eBay but it looks like that's where the biggest audience is so probably the most money

This is it

I'm not surprised -I bought my ceramic P.O. brand new for less than what you're charging.

They're dreaming at £3.6K ... I mean, they could list it at £6K and try their luck! wink

£2-2.5K seems about right - Good luck with the sale!

Thanks

I've dropped it to £2350 so we'll see if that gets any interest

A special thanks for the condescending tone of your post but as you didn't buy a 40th anniversary bond watch for less than I'm selling a used one for I fail to see the relevance

It wasn't meant to be condescending whatsoever and if it was, then I apologise.

Watches are subjective in taste (I find the whole 007 branded side of Omega cringeworthy & bloody awful if I'm perfectly honest) and I was merely pointing out that yours was more expensive than a new Planet Ocean.

One sold on TZ-UK for £1,280 in May this year. Full set, bezel slightly faded and a few light marks. It took two days to sell by the looks of it.

As with everything condition is everything, mine was probably worn by its first owner once or twice and in my ownership it's never been out of the box

If I had the clasp polished it'd 100% pass as new

No need to apologise - I should've chosen my words better!

Official Omega stockist in Corralejo in Fuerteventura in November 2012 - I paid £2600 for it.

You can also get it through the following link for not much more.

Are they not around £4k (or more, for the 45.5mm?) in the UK?

Orange/Orange w/ bracelet RRP: £3800.00
Black/White w/ bracelet RRP: £3950.00

According to Omega's pricing, size doesn't matter! The titanium variant is closer to £5K. However if you shop around, you should be able to secure between 15-25% off a new Omega watch. So a sub-£3K PO MKII is possible.

The second watch on that list looks sh@gged and a little spurious.

It think the OP's price is about right.
