Watch case opener...
Discussion
NeMiSis' point is that there are quite a lot of different styles of case back. Some press on, some screw on, some are held on by individual screws.
Press-ons are normally removed with a case knife but can range from easy to virtually impossible to refit without a press.
Individual screw types just need a suitable sized screwdriver so don't usually raise problems.
Screw-on backs can have any of probably a dozen different methods to grip them depending on the maker and no one tool will cope with all of them - at least not without causing damage. There are a couple of types that come close to being "universal" but to get them in a quality that actually works (rather than a Chinese EBay lookie-likey that will damage the back on anything even remotely tight) is going to cost far more than getting someone to regulate it for you!
