Don't know anyone down that way but a lot probably depends on how it's come off.
Has it unscrewed or actually broken the stem? If it's unscrewed then it's an easy and quick repair, if it's broken off then it may be a little more complicated depending on whether there's enough of the old stem sticking out of the crown to get hold of.
When you look at the "inside" of the crown, is there a hole in the centre? If there is then it's unscrewed. If there isn't then it's broken off and the important part is whether there's enough of the threaded stem to get hold of to unscrew the remains from the crown. If the old bit can't be removed then you'd need a new crown which most places would need to order in & may be pushing it for a week turnaround.
Any chance of a photo of the crown as it is (especially the side that should be facing the watch)?

Yes, unfortunately it looks like it's snapped.
That means you'd either have to replace the crown, which means finding somewhere with one in stock, or dissolve the stub out of the one you have, which takes a few days.
One possible alternative is to get somewhere to put a generic crown on for now (a standard 6mm waterproof should fit, you can always swap for an original later). That should be possible same day for any remotely well stocked repairer.
