Stuck Bezel - Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba

I have a Hamilton Khaki King Navy Scuba, with a rotating unidirectional bezel, which I have started wearing as my daily watch (mainly because I don't have a winder and it's getting annoying to reset it each time I wear it).

Somewhere along the line the Bezel has stopped rotating. It worked about a month ago, but now seems stuck fast.

Anyone got any advice on how to free it up?

fill your sink up with hot water and drop it in! Thats what i did with my rolex.

Spray some WD40 in there, should free it.
