I don't know whether this has been mentioned before, I couldn't find any threads after searching.
This film is about the work of and relationship between George Daniels and Roger Smith. Absolutely fascinating and well worth a look if you haven't seen it. Worth it just for the bit about the co-axial escapement that Daniels invented and subsequently sold to Omega.

Interesting programme, thanks. It seemed familiar but I can't remember if I'd see it before. Pity the watches weren't covered in more detail.
