Tag Hsure Carrera repair

Hi

I have a tag Carrera that needs a repair as the automatic winding is sticking on something so stopping it winding, a firm shake gets it released but it sticks again straight away.

Does anyone have a good recommendation of where to send it for repair other than tag as their prices are pretty high, it was last serviced at tag about 3 years ago I guess.
